The breakfast time was perfect as well as the bathroom conditions. The shower was absolutely great !

Having Wifi in the room was extremely useful. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was much smaller than I had expected, and we were very tight for space. I would have preferred a room not on the first floor and next to the lift. The toilet did not work properly. The hotel was less central than I had imagined but it was ok in other respects. Good restaurants nearby. Too many young people staying there made it a bit noisy late at night, especially when they kept banging on our door thinking it was their room!

Narrow hallway and isolated room was a bit depressing and raised concern regarding emergency evacuation.

The restaurant room and the reception place are good. But, as you go into the room, you will find something is wrong, it is a old building..............it is not so comfortable and the room space is very small.

Central location close to Obelisk. Comfortable beds. Powerful shower!

Lift was very slow/not working. Bedroom was very small - only about 8sqm. Very noisy at night and therefore difficult to sleep. Price paid on checkout was £15 more than original reservation.
